Michael Cleveland & Flamekeeper- On Down the Line review

My review of Michael Cleveland and Flamekeeper’s brand new Compass Records album has been posted over at Country Standard Time.

Your response to this request may reveal how you approach the Compass Records debut of Michael Cleveland’s band.

If you thought, “Doesn’t matter; it is Cleveland that matters” or if you rattled accurately rattled off two or three names beyond the nine-time IBMA Fiddle Player of the Year, you are likely ready to listen.

If, however, you thought something along the lines of “I stopped paying attention when the band dissolved as Fired Up (2011) was released,” then you may need some convincing about the validity of this new release.
